- Module 1 — Introduction to Muay ThaiBefore moving your body, it is worthwhile to understand what you are practicing. In this module, you will discover the origins of Muay Thai in Thailand, what the discipline has become outside competitive settings, and why it works so well as physical exercise. We will also introduce its health and wellness benefits, along with the precautions every beginner should keep in mind before their first training session.4
- Module 2 — Core fundamentalsThis is the technical foundation of the course. You will build your stance and guard, learn how to move without crossing your legs or losing balance, and execute the first two fist strikes: the jab and the cross. It also covers basic defensive movements and a series of non-contact drills, allowing you to practice solo and safely.8
- Module 4 — Kicks and knee strikes for conditioningHere, we introduce the fundamentals of the main leg movements used in Muay Thai. You will learn the mechanics of kicking, the front kick (teep), the roundhouse kick, and knee strikes, as well as exercises that help build coordination, balance, endurance, and physical conditioning.6
- Module 5 — Muay Thai for stress reliefIn this module, Muay Thai is used as a tool to promote physical and mental well-being. You will learn breathing exercises, concentration, body awareness, and movements that can help relieve tension, sharpen focus, and boost energy throughout your workday.6
- Module 6 — Safety and responsible practiceSafety is a fundamental part of any physical activity. In this module, you will discover guidelines on equipment, hydration, respecting your body's limits, warning signs during workouts, and the importance of proper guidance while training.4
- Module 7 — Full wellness workoutIn this final module, you will participate in a guided class that brings together the main content presented throughout the course. The workout combines warm-up, mobility, Muay Thai fundamentals, conditioning exercises, breathing, and relaxation, providing a complete experience focused on health and well-being.2
