- MODULE 1 — Understanding Difficult CommunicationIn this module, the team learns to recognize what makes a conversation difficult: heightened emotions, pressure, misinterpretations, fear of conflict, insecurity, or the need to say something the other person might not want to hear. The focus is to show that a delicate conversation doesn't need to be aggressive or avoided, but rather handled with preparation, clarity, and strategy.5
- Module 2 — Assertiveness Without AggressivenessThis module works on the posture of the person who needs to stand their ground clearly without coming across as authoritarian, cold, or offensive. The team learns to use objective phrasing, a professional tone, respectful boundaries, and language that lowers defensiveness.5
- Module 3 — Real Simulations and Strategic ResponsesThis is the most practical module of the course. The team practices real delicate conversation scenarios, analyzing what to avoid, what to say, and how to navigate each case with relational intelligence. The goal is to turn theory into speaking repertoire.6
